Compete

Just like most state fairs, the Kentucky State Fair has a rich history and deep roots in agriculture. In fact, most state fairs have an origin of being an agricultural fair. Fast forward more than a century later, and our fair has grown to see close to 10,000 livestock entries, and over 15,000 general entries. Anything from cattle and rabbits to homemade beer and miniature creations can be entered at the fair. Take a look around, you might be surprised to see your hobby is showcased at the fair.

  • If you want a book of exhibitor tickets (one per exhibitor), these should be added to your cart when entering.
  • Once you enter in General Entries, print your entries out for your record so you remember what you need to create as drop-off times approach.
  • Depending on what General Entry you are entering, your drop-off day and time will vary. You can find that time at the top of each division's page.
